How important is it to have a well-designed Website?

Your website must convey the type of business that you are, the goods and services you provide and, most important, the reason why the customer should choose you over a competitor. It should be noted that well-designed does not always mean that your website should have lots of "bells and whistles". Simple websites can be very effective if structured properly.
