Channel Account Manager – EMEA

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Channel Account Manager to support our EMEA channel partner community.

  • Responsibilities include developing and accomplishing sales objectives
  • Drive daily sales flow
  • Manage MEF/MDF marketing activities
  • Manage Channel Operations
  • Drive demand generation to represent NetAlly in all aspects of channel partner business relationship.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationships in a highly leveraged, matrixed channel partner environment
  • Develop measurable goals and drive productivity within operating units
  • Orchestrate and drive impactful QBRs with meaningful and measurable action items as well as follow-up
  • Leverage executive level relationships within or channel partner community
  • Achieve revenue targets and goals for each assigned channel partner
  • Develop and execute partner business plans with variable rebates and goals
  • Work closely with other vendors/alliance partners within the channel partner eco-system.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
  • Test and Measurement experience desired but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ameliorates difficult channel partner challenges
  • Demonstrates and communicates experiences with KPIs to include:
  • Integrate into Networking practice and go-to-market
  • Drive regional alignment and growth
  • Executes national plan and cultivate executive relationships
  • Demonstrates channel sales expertise with proven results
  • 5+ years of Channel Partner Experience selling enterprise class networking solutions
  • Demonstrates acumen in identifying and targeting key decision-makers within channel partner community
  • Builds and owns dynamic, always-on account plans detailing critical insights and new business opportunities aligned to partner priorities
  • Drives, orchestrates and closes opportunities with channel partners, producing transformative business outcomes
  • Demonstrates proven senior executive level communication including writing and presentation skills
  • Utilizes knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
  • Delivers consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets through rigorous sales discipline including pipeline, forecast management and operational awareness
