Sales System Engineer – North America


  • Manage system engineering relationships in a highly leveraged, matrixed channel partner environment
  • Orchestrate and drive impactful demos and technical roundtables with meaningful and measurable action items as well as follow-up
  • Leverage system engineering resources within or channel partner community
  • Achieve revenue targets and goals in conjunction with the TSR/ISR sales team
  • Work closely with other vendors/Alliance partners (CISCO, Mist, Aruba, Ruckus) and key partners within the ecosystem



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field required – Master’s preferred
  • Exceptional networking skills and knowledge
  • 6+ years’ experience in system engineering and Networking support required
  • Proven track record of Network design, Performance Management and Network support/troubleshooting
  • Experience working with the channel partner system engineering community



  • Well versed in networking and associated networking infrastructure (i.e. CISCO, Aruba, Mist, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Rubrics, Ruckus . . .)
  • Versed in Cybersecurity
  • Deep experience working with the channel partner community
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak at the laymans level as well as having the ability to deep dive into very technical discussions
  • Well versed in Data Center and Remote Office networking operations
