Battery Drains Fast/Doesn’t Hold a Charge
- Uninstall apps that you no longer use.
- Adjust your screen brightness for the environment you are in.
- Make sure you power the unit completely off and it’s not just going into sleep mode. Press and hold the power button and confirm it powers off.
Note: To make sure your unit is not in standby mode, press the power button quickly to see if it resumes without going through the boot process - After you’ve made sure the unit is properly shut down, leave on the charger overnight.
Note: When plugged in, the LED will turn red and turn off, when fully charged.
