In certain situations, when using the camera with a configuration setting of 16:9, it might cause the unit to reboot or freeze. This might occur when using other applications at the same time. At this time, the root cause is being investigated. In the meantime, the workaround is to set the camera setting to 4:3.To configure the camera settings:
1. Open the camera app.
2. Swipe from the left side going right until you see the gear icon towards the bottom right.
3. Tap the gear icon.
4. Tap Resolution & quality
5. Tap Back camera photo
6. Change to (4:3) 0.3 megapixels
7. Verify changes and then back out of settings until you get back to the camera.
