Summary:
The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator is a key manufacturing operations role that works cross functionally at NetAlly. Daily scheduling with contract manufacturer to coordinate and develop production plan and shipments to satisfy customer demand. Success in fast paced role is measured (in part) by accurate daily scheduling/reporting, OTD, velocity, and maintaining B2B continuity.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily production meetings with the contract manufacturer, maintaining and presenting updated master production schedules and making the necessary adjustments to keep the plan accurate and updated.
- Ensure continuity of production requirement to meeting OTD goal >98%. Based on 5-day LT.
- Analyze lead times with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure schedule accuracy.
- Expediting CM manufacturing processes to avoid schedule delays and prioritizing alternate schedules to meet unforeseen conditions, raise concerns when the schedule is at risk, and work with relevant parties to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with purchasing to analyze inventory levels and product demand to ensure product availability as part of the operations planning.
- Alignment and optimization of both the short and long-term production plans with manufacturing capacity constraints to drive production to inventory targets.
- Works cross functionally and key manufacturing contact working with order operations, sales, and finance.
- Owner of L2 KPI’s including generate and analyzing reports to track production performance.
- Maintain records and documentation for products manufactured.
- Assist in resolution of B2B processing issues, by coordinating with relevant departments and implementing corrective measures.
- Work directly with carriers to resolve logistic delays (international and domestic). Support cross teams with shipment requests.
- Local office inventory coordinator – receive and process return material authorizations. Ships customer orders as required.

Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment including coordinating and scheduling production to meet customer demand in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability to schedule production and track/report key metrics, such as open orders/backlog, shipments, lead-time, promise dates, and on-time delivery
- Advanced/Expert Excel skills – including pivot tables, charts, v-lookup
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Skills
- Proficient with ERP systems (NetAlly utilizes Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products. Strong problem solving and analysis skills. Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
