Why is the version of Survey Pro that downloads from My Registered Products in My AirMagnet different from the Product Version column?
The version that downloads will be the latest version available at the time AllyCare support was still valid; this is indicated by the date shown for Service End. 

Where can I find the User Guide for Survey PRO?
Click the ‘DOCUMENTATION’ button or ‘DOCUMENTS/DRIVERS’ link in My AirMagnet to find current and past User Guides as well as Release Notes.
Additionally, the User Guide can be found as a PDF in the Survey Pro installation directory:
C: > Program Files (x86) > AirMagnet Inc > AirMagnet Surveyor 

Does the Viewer have to be installed on the same system as Survey Pro?
No, the Viewer is intended to be installed on a separate system from Survey Pro to review survey data. Viewer  is available to customers who have current AllyCare support. 

Why is survey data not collected continuously while walking?
Check the selection for ‘Sampling options’ here: File > Configure > Settings tab <or> Configure/Gear icon (in Toolbar) > Settings tab
‘Auto sampling through path’ is used to collect data continuously, while ‘Sampling on click only’ will only collect data when the user clicks/taps to indicate the map position.
