Registration, Installation, & Licensing of AirMagnet Products

Introduction

To start using AirMagnet Survey Pro, you must register, download, install, and license your product through a My AirMagnet account. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for each process.

Step 1: Registration

1. Ensure an active internet connection.
2. Have your Product Serial Number ready (e.g., A4018-nnnnnnnn).
3. Visit AirMagnet Registration Page.
4. Enter your serial number and choose a MAC address option.
5. Sign in or create a My AirMagnet account.
6. Provide contact details and submit.
7. Receive email confirmation.

Step 2: Download Software

• Log into My AirMagnet.
• Click Software Downloads or Registered Products/Downloads.
• Find your product and download the installer.

Step 3: Installation

• Ensure your computer meets system requirements.
• Do not run via VMWare.
• Log in as a local administrator.
• Run the installer and accept defaults.
• Disable antivirus temporarily if errors occur.

Step 4: Licensing

• Launch the application; click OK when “No License Found” appears.
• Select Download License, enter your serial number and key.
• Choose the adapter and click Next to activate.
