To ensure full functionality of the NetAlly Test Accessory, specific network ports must be open. These ports enable communication for performance testing and device management.
Port 5201 – iPerf Network Performance Testing
- Purpose: Used for iPerf testing to measure network performance.
- Details: NetAlly handheld testers, such as AirCheck G2, communicate with the Test Accessory over port 5201 to run iPerf tests.
Port 2256 – Control Port (NetAlly)
- Purpose: Handles control and management functions for the Test Accessory.
- Details: This port enables operations such as reboot, update, and power cycle via Link-Live.
