Your network environment might require going through a proxy to access the Internet. You also have the ability to white-list our URLs to help connect to the Cloud.
Don’t know if you use a web proxy?
You can always check with your administrator or if they aren’t available, check your Internet Properties on a Windows computer. Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings. Keep in mind that any configuration settings in Automatic configuration or Proxy server means your environment uses a web proxy or security software that could impact how your LinkSprinter communicates with Link-Live.
You can white-list the following URLs server-side:

- linksprintermanagement.com (cloud domain used by newer units)

If there’s a difference between the options in your proxy, please whitelist https:// versions of these as well.
