In some network environments, you may need to use a web proxy to access the Internet. Additionally, whitelisting specific URLs can help ensure your LinkSprinter communicates properly with Link-Live Cloud Services.
Do You Use a Web Proxy?
Not sure if your network uses a proxy?
- Check with your network administrator.
- If unavailable, verify on a Windows computer:
- Go to Control Panel → Internet Options → Connections → LAN Settings.
- If you see settings under Automatic Configuration or Proxy Server, your environment uses a web proxy or security software that may affect LinkSprinter connectivity.
Whitelist These URLs for Link-Live Connectivity
Add the following domains to your proxy whitelist or firewall exceptions:

Tip: If your proxy differentiates between HTTP and HTTPS, whitelist the HTTPS versions of these URLs as well.
