Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been impacted by this unprecedented situation and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities and governments around the world working to contain COVID-19.
Dear Valued Customers and Partners:
Multiple states have enacted ‘stay at home’ orders effective immediately to curb the spread of COVID-19. Under the various orders, governors of these states have mandated that all residents are to ‘remain at home’ and only essential businesses may remain open to provide critical services. The Department of Homeland Security has identified sixteen critical infrastructure sectors as vital to the United States, two of which are the Communications Infrastructure and Information Technologies sectors. Consistent with the President’s guidelines: “If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule”. As such, NetAlly remains open to serve all our customers, particularly to provide support for the networking needs of businesses in these sixteen sectors.
NetAlly provides critical equipment and a vital platform to fill the urgent needs of corporations, service providers, emergency responders, law enforcement, and defense and security personnel as well as thousands of private entities that similarly support these groups throughout the nation. Thousands of network professionals in these critical sectors rely on NetAlly solutions to ensure that their networking infrastructures are operating at their optimal performance levels despite the increase of additional network traffic as a result of many corporations and institutions invoking “Work from Home” policies, as well as K-12 and universities now conducting educational classes remotely. The networks that support many public safety communications systems and Internet and cable communications providers are likewise reliant on NetAlly solutions.
Our facilities are currently open and our sales teams, engineers, and customer service people will remain available to continue serving customers fulfilling the critical networking needs of the nation’s emergency responders, healthcare providers, federal, state, and local governments, and other critical infrastructure industries, assisting these people across the globe through this difficult time.
We continue to operate with the vast majority of our workforce performing their duties from home while enforcing precautionary measures in all our manufacturing centers, in accordance with government and public health requirements, to reduce risk for colleagues who must be physically present in a NetAlly facility to perform their duties.
If you have questions, please contact your NetAlly representative.
We value your business and will continue to do everything we can to provide the best possible service to all our customers and channel partners during these unprecedented times.
Kind regards,
Mike Parrottino
