[v2.6 Software Update] AllyWare

Today, NetAlly announced version 2.6 of the AllyWare common technology platform for NetAlly’s network testers and analyzers. This powerful release introduces multiple workflow and visibility improvements, plus adds the LANBERT™ media qualification app to the LinkRunner AT 3000/4000!

Wired and wireless enhancements apply to their pertinent products, and include:
• Share Nmap tests and scripts via Link-Live™
• User-Defined MAC Addresses in the Wi-Fi AutoTest profiles
• Upload individual graphs from a Wi-Fi AutoTest or a Performance test to Link-Live
• Multiple DHCP offers warning in the AutoTest app
• 802.11k, 802.11v, and 802.11r visibility in the Wi-Fi app

LANBERT Media Qualification on LinkRunner AT 3000/4000 – The LANBERT media qualification app from NetAlly is now available in the LinkRunner AT 3000 and LinkRunner AT 4000! LANBERT on the LinkRunner AT provides a simple and fast method of assessing the quality of transmission and available bandwidth when used with another LANBERT-compatible NetAlly tester. It generates and measures the transmission of line rate Ethernet frames over your network cabling infrastructure, qualifying its ability to support 1G on fiber and 10/100M/1G on copper links.
