OptiView® Owner Program Full Terms and Conditions
OptiView owners who purchase any model of NetAlly EtherScope nXG with 1- or 3-year AllyCare support at full price will be granted one (1) additional year of AllyCare support coverage at no cost. The additional (free) year of coverage begins immediately upon the conclusion of the purchased support contract. To participate in this offer, customers must order a NEW EtherScope nXG and 1- or 3-year AllyCare support from a NetAlly authorized reseller at the reseller quoted price. Customer’s purchase order to their reseller may include a separate line item for EXG-200-1YS (one year of AllyCare support) at no cost. Customer must prove ownership of an OptiView XG model by providing the valid serial number of the analyzer on their purchase order.
Owners with OptiView analyzers equipped with licensed AirMagnet Mobile (AMM) software (Survey PRO, WI-FI Analyzer) are eligible to receive the current versions of desired AMM software for installation on a PC free of charge, if 3-year AllyCare support contracts are purchased at list price (SurveyPro AM/A4018-3YS, WiFi Analyzer AM/A1150-3YS). Customers wishing to receive Spectrum XT software will be provided that product (AM/B4070) at 85% discount when purchased with AM/B4070-3YS at full price (the discounted price on AM/B4070 provides the software and USB spectrum radio.) Customer is not required to purchase each AMM module present on their OptiView. Proof of ownership of AMM software must be provided by Customer by including the AirMagnet “Software Serial Number” of their existing AMM software on their purchase order.
