Product Data “Product Data” means any and all (i) information provided by the User to NetAlly via the Link-Live service and/or NetAlly products, including but is not limited to test result, log files, analysis reports, network maps, monitoring summaries, imported files, floor plans, network maps, scripts, code, and images; and (ii) all derivation of the above. NetAlly may, but does not have the obligation to delete Product Data (in whole or in part), with or without notice, once a User Account has either (i) been inactive or has de minis activity for 180-days or more; or (ii) the User’s Account is no longer in good-standing under a current Data Plan with NetAlly,†

User(s’) Account(s)
“User(s)’ Account(s)” means the individual unique User ID(s), login name(s), password, and all related Product Data.
NetAlly may, but does not have the obligation to, delete User(s)’ Account(s) after a period once a User Account has either (i) been inactive or has de minis activity for 180-days or more; or (ii) is no longer in good-standing under a current Data Plan with NetAlly. ††
